HSR or LT-1 or ramjet intake??

Which one would be the best bang for the buck on a stock 1989 L98? For the money i was thinking of telling my buddy to go with the LT-1. Will the HSR do anything more than an LT-1 with mild porting and some other gadgets?

If he already has the TPI system, then the Ram Jet will not be the best bang for the buck, however, it might be the best performing intake. He's looking at about $1500 for the intake setup and another $500.00 for the vortec heads.
