tpi to carb

hello:hail:

I did the swap already as the tpi will go into a different bird.
here is my questions.

#1. What parts of the wiring harness do I need to remove fronm the car?

#2. Will the car still function after the wiring harness that conect to the computer are removeed? (meaning the lites, radio, power accesories, ignition and such)

thanks
and

GB

Yup! There are several sections that are 'wrapped' into the harness that runs the lights, etc.... and if you disconnect the sensors you will still have lights, horns, etc. I would leave as much as possible still in place and just try to unplug sensors, etc.. in case you want to go back.
Don't forget you won't have the knock sensor, distributor, timing, converter lockup (if it's a an auto tranny) or any engine managment systems etc, anymore as these are all computer controlled. Also, it will no longer be street legal nor will it pass emissions without the computer but I'm sure you have already considered that.
Good luck..
