Mating an 87 tpi to vortec heads?

hello
well I was woundering if my stock 1987 tpi intake will seal properly to vortec heads?
I do relize that the vortec heads are missing the center boltholes for the intake. This is what concerns me!

thanks

The ports are too tall.

And after you buy it, make sure they left a razor in the box so you can slit your throat.

Theres a lot of MPFI vortec manifolds floating around. Buy one that will actuall make the car go fast.

hint: a TPI manifold isn't one of them!

I am looking for one that has a resonible price hopefully around 250 bucks that is pretty a little better than stock, but I would like it to be stock appearing as the car is almost 20 yrs old and only has 92xxx miles on it. it is realy nice for a daily driver.

thanks for any aditional input that I can get.

later and

GB

yea u have to buy a intake that mates to the ports and vortec bolt pattern...i think GM makes the ram jet intake...dont think that makes very good power but its deffinatly better the the SDPC intake!
