hey people my name is tim and new to this site. i have a question regarding a stock hei distributor with the external ignition coil. my iroc is an 88 with the 5.7l tpi. i need to know how do i remove the metal star shaped teeth from the distributor shaft to replace my pickup coil. there is a blue circular piece which looks like it hols that piece in place. any feedback would be great thanxs tim
