Slow down there buddy.
-Air/fuel
-Spark
-Compression
The 3 things needed to turn the engine on. If it spins, obviously you have compression. That leaves spark and fuel. Which leads me to asking: how do you know it isn't getting any fuel? Is the pump priming at all? If not, apply 12v+ to the "g" terminal of the ALDL (bottom row, far left corner). Do this when in the "on" position. Do you hear the pump? Eliminate the hard things first. Also, keep in mind, there are 2 fuses for the fuel system. 1 is in the fuse box and protects the pump itself. The other is up front, under the hood (I've seen them on the fender, by the coolant tank as well as near the radiator-yours should be by the battery, along the verticle support, it's a 20a inline fuse in a weatherpack housing). That one protects the fuel pump relay.
The fuel pump relay is located on the firewall, by the brake booster. If you look there, you will see a row of relays. There should be 3, from left (closest to booster) to right (near fender): MAF burn off, fuel pump, MAF power. Listen to the fuel pump relay while you have a buddy turn the key to the "on" position. You should hear the relay click.
Basically, describe the problem a little bit more. Like what it sounds like, what it does, that kind of stuff.
