I want to use an analog meter to test my tps.
Which wires are used?
Thanks,

I used one... use the power wire, and the ground wire...
You will know when you check it...
The ground is black, and I think the power was white...IIRC
Maybe wrong, but you will know when you start testing. One will give you a solid 5 V reference, and the other will give you a reading based on whether the TPS is open or not. Mine never got up to 4+ like its supposed to, but it was in the upper 3s... w/ the scanner its in the 4s though...

Hello Scott,
You can use an analog meter altough you will get a more accurate reading from the digital voltage meter. The two wires that you want to use when testing your voltage would be pin "A" (black ground wire) and pin "B" (dark blue TPS signal wire). Pin "C" is the 5 volt reference wire.

Hey Trixter,
I just wanted to test for dead or erratic spots and I heard read somewhere that an analog meter was best for this.
But....
That doesn't matter now because I think I am cursed.
Check out my new addition to I must Have Charlie Browns luck
