Will I Need New Fuel Pump
Will I need a better fuel pump when I port the plenum and runners, install a Holley AFPR and Ford Motor Racing 19 lbs/hr fuel injectors to my 5.0 litre TPI engine. Recently, I had a Carter OEM replacement fuel pump installed. Holley, BBK and others make these intank fuel pumps. If I do need a better pump any recommendations? Thanks for all your advise on this project.

If the fuel pressure needed is higher then stock I imagine
there are adjustable fuel pumps at added expense, though pretty nice

No you won't need a different fuel pump. You factory pump will be fine for your mods.
I've never seen an intank pump where you could adjust the pressure. Even if there was, no one would adjust it since its such a pain to drop the tank. The way you set fuel pressure is with an adjustable regulator.
If you ever need or want to replace it down the road, I would go with a Walbro 255. The "Holley" fuel pump you see in Summit for like $160 is actually a Walbro 255 with Holley written all over it. I would imagine BBK is the same story, but I don't know for sure.
You can pick these up from Automotive Performance Engineering for under $100.

Yes.
Eventually (if you keep the car long enough) you'll need a new fuel pump. But not today.
If you're running a basically stock 305 TPI, are getting along just fine without a turbo or axial blower, and you aren't somehow managing to run the engine at 6,800 RPM, your fuel pump output volume should be more than adequate. That same pump does just fine for an engine with more mods and 45 more cubes.

My pump died on two cars, just after the 100,000 original miles. It's entirely possibly due to just age of the component.
I've read a few user online car guides where readers rate their experiences and these are quite interesting to note components and expenses over the ownership of a car, prior and after the 1st 100,000 miles. Warrenties only recently pushed up to that mark, it seems to me, aligned with the advant of Cadillac's Northstar V8

I factory ordered my 1989 GTA brand new. Since then I have kept every single repair bill down to a stack of oil change receipts. I have put in two water pumps, two fuel pumps, had the plastic sides on the radiator done twice, etc. I have a good idea when stock parts will wear out and how much it should cost to replace them. My only regret is that I did not find this Third Gen site and all the knowledgeable people here years ago.
