Has anyone seen idle improvements with MSD ignition and after market Cams.
I got a Lingenfelter 74219 cam and am wondering if a MSD ignition would smooth out the idle a little more.

I've used them many times. If you current ignition is in good working order you'll probably never notice the difference. If your current ignition is screwed up/worn out you'll get an "oh, wow!" kind of improvement.
Idle gets smoother but by such a small amount you'll wonder if you're imagining it. You'll pick up some mileage for sure. A full MPG isn't uncommon. WOT performance won't feel any different to the seat of you pants unless, like I said, your stock ignition wasn't up to par.

The msd box seems to smooth out a rough idle on all the cars I have installed it on. The al box w/rev limiter gives some piece of mind. No proven et gains on my stuff though. MSD will ensure you keep fresh ignition parts on your car. It will find a weak part and kill it quickly.
