What valve springs w/ cam?
Hi guys,
I am looking at the LPE cam 74211 211/219. I called lingenfelter today and asked them what valve springs they recommend on ported aluminum Vette heads and they said 'LT4' springs.
Now this cam with 1.6rr's puts down a .530/.560 lift. What valve spring is good to handle this and fit in my vette heads? Or should I go split ratio and run a 1.6 on the intake and a 1.5 on the exhaust side with the LT4 springs?
Anyone running this cam please help!!

LT4 springs would be OK if you were running 1.5:1 rockers, but with the extra lift I'd avoid them.
I'd check in with Thunder Racing (sponsor) and see what they recommend that will fit your existing spring pockets.
