Alright, i was wondering, which upgrades will make passing emmisons tests impossible?

 

Strictly speaking, any aftermarket equipment that does not have an "E.O." (executive order) exemption. There may be a bit more to it (there's a great deal of info available on the web from the Air Resources Board, etc.), but for aftermarket equipment that's the basic rule.
