Long story short, the return line from my regulator on the acc bracket is stripped.....and aside from replacing that fuel line (none of the parts stores has anything with the right flare), there are only two ways I can see solving the problem.
1) find another fuel rail-which would be ok except I have the large tube runners, which make life very hard, not to mention a/c and smog are still intact so getting to the bottom bolts of the runners is very difficult.
2) Plug the return line on the stock regulator and go with an external unit. It would take away the hassle of removing the plenum to adjust pressure. And as long as I set the regulator on the fuel rail to the lowest setting, the external regulator should be the only pressure factor.
This should be good, right?

 

Anyone???? Or does anybody know where I can get the fuel line with the proper fittings? AutoZone and O'reileys do not have anything that will work.
