dumb question
i have perhaps one of the dumbest questions any of you later model camaro people have ever heard.
i own an 83 and know my way around it on the other hand my buddy has an 87 iroc-z and we cannot figure out what this belt driven device is.
its not an alternator, a/c, power steering pump, waterpump, or anything that it should be. its got a hose connected to it almost looks like a big vacuum line. what is it and what does it do? is it for e-check or something else i could care less about or am i missing something important.
