Code 33 and bad module
Code 33 and bad module
Within the last 100 miles I have replaced the distributor with a new Accel Billet dist, accel coil, tach adapter, fuel pump, AFPR, and serviced the injectors. Car threw code 33, then died. Replaced ignition module after some hunting, and runs fine now. Warmed up and no codes. Scanner looks ok. I have not driven it yet.
Is there anyways that a failing module could trigger a code 33, or is there some way a code 33 issue could kill a module? Summit is sending me a new module, but I am looking for 100% reliability in this car....

Do a search for code 33 and other MAF related issues.
Should point you to the proper factory flow chart that I know has been posted here.
But in a general answer to your question, an ignition module usually wont cause a MAF related error code.
A failing MAF, bad ground, faulty TPS, or dieing relay could however.
