Ok, so I dont know

i'm new at this TPI engine stuff.
What is the TPI part on top called exactly.
And also, were any of them ever painted to the color of the car? I just seen a red Z28 '91 with the pipes that bend down to the intake painted red as well as the small area where it says "Tuned port injection". Not the whole thing. Did somebody do this or is it factory?

The top is the plenum, the side tubes are the runners. All the stock ones from factory were just aluminum- no paint.
