setting fuel pressure?

im about to set my fuel pressure on my camaro lb9. do i need to unplug the vacumm line on it to get a correct reading or not? im doing a running fuel pressure test

plug the vac line and set your afpr to whatever you want. between 45 and 50 at idle.
