I'm not getting any fuel pressure on my fuel rail. The pump tests good when I put 12v to terminal G. But doesn't work on its own. Any ideas? I checked for loose connections, but didn't see any.

 

Try the fuse, fuel pump relay, fuel regulator, fuel filter.

 

The fuse is good. I changed one of the relays, I thought it was the fuel pump, but could be wrong. The fuel regulator is an afpr, and has been on the fuel rail for a while with no problems, when I test the pump it pumps pressure to the rail. I haven't touched the filter yet though.

 

I know this isn't a thirdgen fix, but on my honda I had the same problem and it turned out to be my computer.

 

If the pump develops pressure with the 'G' terminal powered from an external source, the filter is not a problem. Check the pump relay and wiring.

Well, The relay didn't help. Now the pump won't test. So, I guess I'll be dropping the tank soon.
