Disassembly Help On Exhaust Manifolds

I am corrently trying to take off my exhaust manifolds, however the bolts that are attached to the dip stick and heat shields I can only turn so much and then they bind with the heat sink or dipstick bracket and it just bends them until I cant turn it anymore. What do I need to do to get them off.

THANKS for the help.

PB Blaster them. Warm engine for a minute or so, and PB Blast them again. Tighten them, loosen them, repeat, until you can get them all the way off.

Not quite sure what PB blaster is also the engine is semi torn apart so I wont be harming it up. is it because they are rusted to the bolts or what.

THANKS

There are jam nuts on the studs holding those parts on.
Get the top nuts off, then the studs will come out.
Soak'em with WD or whatever and they should come off.
A backup wrench under there at the stud will help if you can get it in there.
