well i finally began modding my z28. i put in a slp airfoil and now im wanting to get some more bolt ons. unfortunately a lot of the parts ive been looking at say that they are for the 350. i know they are the same block and that most of the parts made for the 350 will fit the 305 will they fit or will it be a problem.

Unless your '92 already has it, consider changing to a high-flow cat converter and larger exhaust from the cat back. Other than the B4C and a few other cars, the factory exhaust systems are restrictive.

yes, basically everything 350 will fit a 305. "basically" meaning everything bolt-on, but slightly smaller internal parts. so if you decied to upgrade the cam, don't go to big, and if you get better heads, make sure they'll fit the smaller bore size of you 305.

You need to start with full exhaust. Headers and catback will do WONDERS for any tpi car.
