1988 350 vaccum

at my egr solinoid i have a check valve lookin "t" which goes to the crusie control - i just purchased the car & the vaccum hose has been cut & pluged - will disconecting the cruised & the ball canister under the cruise module in the fender do anything other than not let the cruise work?

Vacuum ball also maintains vacuum for the A/C heater control head.
