My Z has about 130k miles, and I suspect a leaky fuel injector for a while, so I got my bonus check and ordered a set of Bosch from fiveomotorsport. My confusion is that they are telling me that the 22# injectors are the right ones.. I have a stock LB9 305. Didn't they come with 19# injectors?? Will there be a differnce??


I really don't want to get into prom burning or anything like that..

Someone tell me that it will be ok...

 

You'll have to change the injector constant on the chip to 22#'s plus it'll run rich.305's came with 19# injectors which I have a set that have been cleaned & flo-matched by Rich @ Cruzin Performance that I could sell you if interested.PM me if you are.

You are correct, the 305s came with 19#/hr injectors. You should buy the Ford Motorsport 19s as a reliable injector that will work with your ECM.

This guy at Fiveomotorsports has no clue about what he is saying.

 

Whatever you do dont buy Accel injectors I have 3 sets of 22# accel injectors taking space up in my garage...after numerous tries to return them and with little success I went with SVO's and have had no problems aout of the 3 sets of Accel injectors I have 3 good injectors 3/24 thats a 12.5% chance of getting a good injector. Keep in mind I ordered all 3 sets at the same time for 3 different cars( so not like i made the same mistake 3 times LOL).
