Oil poured out of my RT side runner when I disassembled.

Weird, I just disassembled my TPI intake and oil poured out of my rt side runner from the small egr tube, when I took the base manifold off, the egr port in the head was full of oil, when I flipped the intake over, oil again poured out of the egr supply chambers.

Now for the engine specs that are relavent, World Products Sportsman II heads, stock TPI intake, egr blocked off. The port in the head really doesn't go anywhere, its a dummy hole. There is no oil from the pcv. The intake was hi temp coated & I think this may have affected the casting somehow.

I really would just like to know if anyone else has had this happening. Intake is being replaced by single plane anyway but I'd like to figure it out.

I've run intakes with exhaust crossovers against heads with no exhaust crossover ports in them and they almost always have a little oil in that passage when I take them off later. I also don't know how it gets in there but it seems to find a way.

Could be several thousand miles of "varnish" or basically fuel puddling, and most of it evaporating, except the heavy stuff. Or it's just PCV oil vapors collecting. Are your valve covers baffled?
