Timing question for TBI to TPI swap

I'm closing in to having everything I need for my TPI swap and a thought just came up. Which engine should I set the timing for: TBI or TPI? Since I am using the LO3 engine that came in the car and swapping a TPI system on it shou;d I go with the 6 degrees advanced for the TPI or use the 0 degrees that TBI uses?

set timing according to the TPI spec. Your compression is not any higher, so setting lower wouldn't help. I'd start with 6, bump 7, bump 8, see how it acts.
