Searched for the last 2 hours Injector?

What is the correct impedance of the injectors on a 1989 formula 350 TPI?

GM service manual is hiding it from me, and Haynes says 11-14ohm

I have 4 between 18.0 and 18.2 the others are 6.8,9.6,6.7,and 14.8

Car is running like A$$, eratic idle, crappy performance when warm and PI$$ING ME OFF BADLY!!!!

i think i recall that anything below 12 is to be considered bad. i think mine are around 17-18. been a while since i messed with that. i know there are some posts on here somewhere about the resistance tolerance.

Yep, they are bad. Typical Multec failure. Toss them in the trash and put in a set of Bosch. Can get the SVO F*rd/Bosch injectors at a decent price.

Like Rbob said.

Trash them and go SVO.

Anything below 12 is garbage per GM manual.

If u replace the 3-4 bad ones the other 3-4 will fail and come back to huant you.

later
