Anyone have knowledge of "Comp Cams Extreme Fuel Injected Cams"?

COMP Cams, Camshafts - summitracing.com

The first 2 cams look very interesting. I have been researching them. They might be a good alternative for the LPE 219 with a SR/TFS heads.

My ported SR should be shipped in a few days time. Time to pick out a cam. A few guys on the thirdgen board have had success meaning in the 370-380rwhp with 350-355 cubes. Who has used these cams, and were you happy?

CCA-08-466-8 218 int./224 exh.0.570 int./0.565 exh. lift 113lob seperation
CCA-08-467-8 230 int./236 exh.0.576 int./0.570 exh. lift 113lob seperation

Springs on my heads are good to .600 so says TFS. So those cams would need 1.5's. 1.6's might be too much lift. I think these cams might be something for you guys to think about to think out of the "219" box. Just some info!

I'm interested on this too. As far as I know those lifts that you listed are with 1.6 rockers and not 1.5.

Might want to read here:
COMP Cams Xtreme Fuel Injected Camshafts: CCA-08-467-8 - summitracing.com

[Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.576 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.570 in. ]

EDIT:
Crap...more info posted wrong on their site (Summit) 1.6 it is!

i have a comp xfi flat tappet cam 224, 231 duration, 520,515 lift on my 350 with a stealth ram and i love it. it pulls hard all the way to 6,200. the tech rep of comp recommended the xfi cams over the other tpi cams they make. i also just passed emissions with it.

Thanks, but which would u go with? I have stock 3.07 gears in my 4+3, and I am not changing them. I am thinking the 218/224 with .570 lift should make more power then the LPE 219. Would I be correct?

It should. The XFI218 cam is a much newer design and has more lift "under the curve".

I would change out those gears before doing any cam swap.

Because it will be a real pig at anything under 3000rpm's
It is not wise to use a performance cam with non perf. gears

And on that note, the smaller cam suits your needs much better.
