That is the old style NOS TPI Kit, the newer style one has a spray bar with the fittings on one side of the plate.
You interested in what I have left of it? i've got the plate, 1 nozzle, the hard lines and the two lines the run under the plenum that go to the solenoids, as well as the throttle cable plate adaptor (moves the throttle cable bracket forward to compensate for the plate between the plenum and TB).
