Bubbles in oil

I'm getting ready to have my 350 rebuilt into a 383. It was supercharged until the blower took a dump and filled the oil pan with metal debris. The car still runs fine, oil pressure is down considerably but I have no knock yet. Something I have noticed however is now, even with freshly changed oil (i.e. zero miles on it) I'm getting very tiny bubbles in the oil. What typically causes this? I know I'm probably running pig rich because I have 30lb injectors and I haven't adjusted the fuel pressure since the blower came off the car (regulator's screw is horked). Am I just getting gas in the oil, is it condensation from being so cold out and then starting/running the car for a few? I'm asking because when I'm ready to have the work done I have to drive it about 30 miles to the shop and I want to make it there in one piece.

"Bubbles" as in foam? Or as in a milkshake appearance? Foaming could be from windage or a leaking pickup tube, and that would explain the drop in pressure. Milkshake would be from foreign material, usually water, and can occur from short-trip, no warmup, cold air operation.

Neither, actually. Just very tiny bubbles that are just suspended in the oil itself. I only notice it on the dipstick. At first I thought they were more tiny pieced of metal, until I looked very close and saw them pop and vanish.

now is this before or after starting
if you started it it could be from being to full and the crank is whipping the oil into a froth
