Super Ram Upper With Vortec Baseplate?

Super Ram Upper With Vortec Baseplate?

Is anyone running a SDPC Vortec Baseplate with a SuperRam upper? Did it Bolt up Hassle free?

I am running the Superram upper and the SDPC vortec base and it does not bolt up hassle free. You need to counterbore the drivers side (2) rear most intake to head mounting holes, and the passanger side (2) most forward mounting holes to clear the runners. I also believe I had to grind on a few other spots to clear the runners but it did work out in the end.

...other words typical for a Super Ram regardless of the intake used.
