Holley afpr problem

I just checked my fuel pressure and when I pulled the vaccum line off the regulator fuel was squirting out. It stopped after a while though. I have been getting a check engine light on startup but the wierd thing is if I shut the engine off and wait about 30 seconds and restart no light. So i think it only squirts fuel when the cars first started. Anyways I know there have been lots of problems with these things so I dont want to get a new diagphram from holley. Can I use a stock diagphram with the holley unit?

Re: Holley afpr problem

I just read a post on the aftermarket product review stating this same thing. I just installed a holley afpr today. I will definately be watching for this diaphram ripping issue now. I would also like to know about using the stock diaphram.
