Vortec TPI Swap - 3 Questions

For those of you who have done the swap and have used the EGR kit from SDPC.

1. After installing the EGR tube, what am I supposed to do with the EGR sensor bung on the tube?

2. Can I just run my stock (88 IROC) EGR valve as it is or do I need one from a Vette?

3. What did you guys do with the hole that goes into the coolant passage at the rear of the intake by the distributor hole? Plug it?
