Alright so I bought a 1989 RS camaro with a 305 TPI in it and I want to get some horsepower out of the little engine My idea was to have the heads ported and polished, Exhaust, and maybe a cam. Im also going to put a Transpak in it an a ratchet shifter so I can get to the power. Im trying to do it all on a budget if anyone has any ideas on how to build this motor pretty cheap I would love some advice.

 

not sure how great it will be with tpi, might be just fine,, but check out the TBI board and the budget build sticky, its for a 350 but its the best budget motor i have seen to date,, check it out.
