Hi im new to this site. i need to find somone in dallas texas who can correctly diagnose and repair my truck. I have a 80 chevy truck with a tpi speed density setup. I have a high idle and cannot figure it out. I also have a small backfire( light popping sound from exaust) all sensors are new and no vacume leaks.throttle is very responsive untill it heats up then it starts giving problems. I am lost and any help would be great. thanx! oh yea very ocasionaly it will give a code 42 and check engine light but if i blip the throttle it will turn off the ses light.
