Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a company who sell stock size polished aluminium pulleys? Not Underdrive pulleys, I've got the March underdrive pulleys at the moment, with AC delete, smog delete and a rerouted belt. I don't like the voltage drop I get at idle with the current set up.

I tried just putting the stock alternator pulley back on but it leaves the belt too loose, and sourcing a shorter serpentine belt here in the UK is prooving very difficult.

Any suggestions are welcome,

Dr, you could check out Reichard Racing. He's a guy on the east coase that does ALOT of custom pulley design / mfg. Last I spoke with him though his lead times were moving out because he's actually starting to do contract mfg for the military and nuclear power plants...(go figure). He does some nice custom blower pullies also. I'm going to use him to mfg my crank & blower combo pulley .
