Im planning on going with dfi, and accel told me the ecm doesnt use the vss on my car. I
am guessing this will make the cruise not work anymore? Anyone know a way to make it
work? ( I love cruise on a 2000mi road trip) Also I am planning on using the complete dfi
harness, and gutting the old one. I want to save the old one and use it on my v8 s10
blazer. Is there a manual on what wires I'll need on the blazer and which ones to keep on
the z? I was thinking of buying jtrs tbi and tpi swapping manual but if it doesnt have
wiring schematics its not worth it to me.

What you need is the shop manual for your car. It has all of the wiring diagrams for the TPI/TBI. The manual helped me a lot. I believe Cruizin Performance has a wiring diagram in their online DFI manual.http://www.cruzinperformance.com/ If you have a problem with the manuals, shoot me an email, I should be able to help.

You could buy my accel/fasttrack dfi setup which will let you keep the stock computer to handle stuff like cruise control, etc. Let me know if you're interested.
