where to go from here

Im wondering where you all think I am at with horsepower and what I should do to improve from here.

355"
Stock TPI intake
9.5 compression ratio
World Products S/R Torquer heads 2.02" 1.60" valves
Crane Powermax cam with 210* 216* .440 .454
1.6 roller rockers
1 5/8" shorty headers with decent exhaust

New heads are not an option right now as this is a budget minded project.

Ya, if you want to keep TPI, port plenum, get better runners and base & custom tune...

www.robiecustoms.com does a nice job porting / polishing plenums... great prices and communication too
