Anyone know if there is a vaccum line that plugs into the back of the EGR Selenoid, next to where the electrical connecter plugs in?It's an 89 L98.

For what I have seen in my GTA the solenoid has two hoses conected to it. One is the vacuum line that goes to the plenum just behind the throttle body, and the other one connects to the EGR valve itself. When the EGR solenoid is not energized it opens and air enters through the back of the solenoid and allows the EGR valve to close. There is a small hole with a small foam filter on the back of it.
So the only connections to the solenoid are the two vacuum hoses and the electrical connector.

Thanks Ozzman.I figured that was a vent in the back but thought I would ask to make sure.
