ac question

alright im getting ready to bolt my ac back to the car and convert it over with the kit. before i go buy the kit how can i pressure test the system to make sure it will hold? and also do i have to flush the system? if so how can i do that?

Wrong forum... try positng in the A/C board... or I bet you'll be able to find all you need to by searching...(like you don't pressure test the system, you vacuum test A/C systems )

i dont see an ac board anywhere and i have typed vacuume test a/c and pressure test a/c nothing i seem to type comes up with anything

Best bet is to just put the system back in, and change the orifice tube and accumalator if you want it to be ice cold. Then take it to a shop and have them recharge the system. Also, if you are converting a camaro from r12 to 134, you may need to install a high pressure cut out switch. Not sure as I haven't done one yet. I know most domestics need to have one installed.
