The CS injector hole is bigger on the SLP runners than the stock runners and I've tried bigger O rings,Permatex Gold,Black,
putting two O rings together w/o any luck.
Any suggestions?

Thats strange. Try calling slp and explaining the situation. They should be able to provide you something to help out your situation. If you have to resolve it yourself, BE CAREFUL! Remember, this is fuel that your dealing with thats not too far from the headers. I dont think i need to say anything more. Whatever you do, do it right. My suggestion would be get a large washer and grind it down to the size that you need to fit the hole for the CS injector. Good luck

Had the same problem with my SLP runners. Closer examination showed a small burr inside that prevented the injector from seating properly. I hit it with my Mikita and all is well now.
