Best Fuel pump for my application?
Best Fuel pump for my application?
Check out my mods in my sig . The only mod to the engine itself is the ZZ9 (not in yet).
My fuel pump can no longer keep consistency. What's a good fuel pump to go with? Do I need an in tank fuel pump?
Should I get a pulsation free operating fuel pump?
Thanks guys!

I have used the GM Syclone fuel pump for over a year and love it.... others here would probably prefer a Walbro, and that may come later for me, but right now I'm happy

Thanks for the response bro.
Hey, what is the pulsator? Crane Cams recommended replacing the pulsator then the fuel filter. Then if the problem doesnt stop try the fuel filter. If that doesnt work problem with fuel injection?

) Is the Cyclone pump an intank design or inline? If you want to save yourself time down the road, you might want to check out an inline pump. Only because you don't want to be yanking out that gas tank more than you have to, its a pain in the *** if you don't have a lift to work on. I wish I did mine this way. You can probably get it from Summit, Jegs, or TPIS where I got my intank one. Good luck.

That flippin' pulsator..
When I did my pump, I re-used it. I wondered why the pump came with two clamps and a piece of rubber hose. I figured it was for cars that didn't use a pulsator.
Later on I find out that I shouldn't have re-used the pulsator, that it's inlet/outlet seals can wear out, and result in dropped fuel pressure. That's why the damn hose came with the kit- to get rid of the pulsator! Grrr...
