What Distributor should i use on a 87 TPI 350 car? Any gains from the switch from stock?

There's nothing wrong with the stock one. If you wanted / needed some more energy look into an aftermarket coil and MSD 6A box.

I just bought a hyper tech dissy/coil/rotor. Accel module moroso wires and delco plugs. it runs great so for i'm very happy with it. you might see some differece but not much.
