Stock runner appearance
I'm picking up a 92 Z28 convertible and one thing strikes me as odd about it. The runners look rough cast, not smooth like all other TPI runners i've seen. I know the plenum is correct being rough (old vette stock), but are the runners the same way? Is it possible that they are some kind of aftermarket runner. The guy i'm getting it from is the original owner, and it's otherwise apparently all stock, and he didn't mention the runners.

Yes, its mentioned in the FAQ (or is it the tech database) that the late 92 cars have the rough cast runners. They were probably using up the old Corvette stock.
