AFR 195cc to big for my TPI?
i jus found an awesome deal on so 195cc afr heads will i loose much torqe? jus tell me what you guys think ASAP i gotta jump on them quick if i want tham thanks mods are in sig

I think the biggest problem is that the 195's have raised runners so you'll have problems running your tpi base w/ them. Not to mention they are probably a bit much for your current combo...you'll need to upgrade to 1-3/4" headers, 3" catback, and runners at least.

Yeah, IrocZ is right. The intake runners are too tall on the 195's. They wont work with that TPI base. Trust me I know this because I just put together my new motor with my new AFR 190's. When I ordered the heads from AFR I asked "can I use the 195's?" My very knowledgeable salesperson explained that for a stock TPI intake (or stocklike) the runners are just too tall. Besides, he said that the 190's and 195's are almost the same anyways.
