L-98 Valve Covers

Hello, visiting from the Corvette forum. I am considering changing the valve covers on my car to aftermarket, but they do not have the drippers. Someone suggested to ask the f-body guys if the Camaro L-98's also have the drippers. My concern is lubricating the stock trunion of the rocker arm. I really didn't want to go to rollers at this point as I am considering a cam and want to wait before deciding on 1.5 or 1.6 rockers. Anyhow, I am getting away from my question. Does the Camaro L-98 valve cover also have the drippers like those in the Vette?

Thanks

Bob T

I bought a set of Comp Cams pro magnium roller rocker arms, TPIS said you have to remove the drip tabs so they'll fit. What excatly are the drip tabs?

They are little fingers in the top of the valve cover that direct the oil into the trunion of the stock rocker arm. They are not required for roller rockers, but I am trying to find out if all L-98's had them or if it was a Vette specific thing. Sounds like the f-body also has them.

On your rockers, are you going with new push rods and guide plates? I didn't think those rockers were self-aligning.
