Help with this part? Or site to look up ACDelco part numbers?

I just bought an ACDelco Coolant Temp Sensor for an '89 L98 and the part number is 12146312. Is this the correct part? Reason I ask is that the parts guy said it was for a 5.0 liter TPI but I have a 5.7. They don't return electrical parts eighter if they were installed.

Do you mean the sensor that goes into the front of the intake manifold?

I bought part #25036979 from the dealer and it works fine for me.
