what will an 88 GTA 350 TPI run in the 1/4 mile stock?

mid to high 14s, I've seen a few run low 15s as well.

I agree. Mid to high 14s.
Expect a Formula to run a couple of tenths quicker. My 88 ran 14.30s at 95&96 MPH in bone *** stock form. (2.0 and 2.1 60ft)
