Fuel check valve and pcv oil catch can

Fuel check valve and pcv oil catch can
I have a TPI setup on my 80 elki. I have a outside fuel pump, and was wondering if I should put a fuel check valve in the line just before the pump
and one just before the return line goes into the tank ? I'm also going to put a oil catch can for the pcv. Was wondering if I need to have one for the TB inlet as well as the manifold inlet, or if I can eliminate one ? And if I can eliminate one,and what one would be best?
