vortech LT1 intake

vortech LT1 intake
I'm sure everone knows of Lt1 intake convertions, but has anyone ran an LT1 intake on vortech heads or an LT1 with a tpi harness and distributer

I now have a LB9 (tpi 305) in a 91z and would like to drop in this vortech 305 i have, for the fun of it and maybe an lt1 later. I sent Scott an e-mail on his thoughts just have to wait for the reply. My fault i just read his FAQ and he says no not with the vortech head, but i can weld the ports up higher and machine them flat it should work, if the bolt holes can be drilled, i think it can all be done.
