im gonna be converting to tpi here soon. i know i have to replace the fuel pump. heres the scenario, im taking the car to a friends shop where he's gonna help drop the rearend and tank to put the new pump. what i would like to know is, would i still be able to drive the car to the house which is only about 10-15 miles. to perform the conversion my garage. right now its tbi. would the tbi be able to withstand the tpi fuel pump for about 10-15 miles? i cant do the conversion at my buddys shop because he has the business to run.
