Engine: LB9 305 TPI
Transmission: Borg Warner 5 speed
Heads and valve size questions
When I rebuild my 305 here in the near future, I'm going to have the heads rebuilt. When I do this, I'm going to see what the cost would be to have them machined and fitted with 1.94" intake and the 1.56" exhaust valves. If I do this, will I need to change the chip? Or will a fuel pressure adjustment be all that needs to be done? Or do I have to do anything at all? There's a place nearby in Indianapolis that advertises in GMHTP that I'd be taking the heads to.
