Stock Runners????

What's a good set of TPI Runners?, ones that have a way more increased air flow that would fit in the Stock Manifold and TPI setup.

I have no experience with runners, but I have been told by a lot of people that the AS&M runners are the best. They are over $400 I think though. I am considering the Accel LTRs, they cost less and will match my Accel intake base.

Its my opinion that the intake manifold is more of a restriction than the runners are. If you put larger runners on a smaller base, the incoming air will hit the smaller port on the base, causing reversions and killing power. Either change the intake manifold first, or do both at the same time.

The problem with the runners is the basic design. With the small diameter and constricted flow (curved nontheless), they suck. Straight flow would be the best.
