Whats better for my car, Large Tube Runners or Siameised Runners?

Whats better for my car, Large Tube Runners or those Siameised Runners? I have a cam thats pretty big (218*/228*, .498"), and I will have the LPE Intake Base, but with stock heads. I guess I don't want to loose much more down low, so would the LTRs be better then. Or, should I get the Siameised ones to help with my cam. I just need some suggestions, thanks!
